Jim Williams is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Civil Trial Law. He also holds Martindale Hubbell's highest rating of AV. Mr. Williams graduated from Auburn University in 1983 and the Cumberland School of Law in 1986. He began his trial practice prosecuting cases as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County, Florida. Mr. Williams specializes in defending complex multi-party litigation. He also has extensive experience representing governmental entities throughout the state. He litigates all classes of lawsuits including, civil rights claims, employment discrimination, personal injury, wrongful death, product failures, professional malpractice, constitutional challenges, and commercial disputes. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
